We specialize in integrated community residential and in-home support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those living with behavioral health challenges. Through a person-centered approach, we empower each person to achieve greater independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Bringing Behavioral Health Into Primary Care
We are partnering with Rural Health Clinics to bring behavioral health services directly into primary care settings.
Bring behavioral health to your patients without the staffing and billing headache. We place credentialed behavioral health providers into your Rural Health Clinic, telehealth first with periodic on-site time, and we structure it to fit how your clinic is paid.
